Lidl are launching a brand new fashion range in time for spring/summer. Other big supermarkets have been in the fashion game for quite some time and now Lidl are ready to launch a capsule range of budget friendly fashion items for women, men and children.
I attended the Lidl Belfast spring/summer fashion launch last week at quirky eatery Made in Belfast. I had a lovely time perusing the upcoming clothing items whilst catching up with blogger friends and enjoying some delicious brunch food and sweeties!
The womenswear range is playing it safe with classic summer favourites like breton tops, coloured jeans, summer dresses and trusty trench coats in colours red, beige and blue. You can tell Lidl have drawn inspiration from the popular nautical trend for this introductory collection.
I spotted some really lovely chiffon style cami tops (like the one I’m looking at above) which will be in store from May 2015 for just £4.99! I think the new range will go down well with shoppers who have a keen eye for a bargain. Items like the trench coats and jeans are already available to buy, with more additions available in April and May.
With TJ from Gingersnapsvintage, who helped style the launch event and kindly took some pics for me!
I would definitely buy this peach dress, and the statement necklace!

I’m wearing a Topshop swing dress – recently bought in the sale.
