After what seemed like an age, the rain finally stopped in Belfast and the sun came out yesterday. I dressed for comfort since I was heading into town to run some errands. As well as picking up a few bits and bobs, I also took two of my watches to a jewellers to get links removed from the chain, and I left frames into a gallery to have mounts cut for Disney prints I bought on holiday. Pretty mundane things to get done but it felt good to tick them off my ‘to-do’ list! I tried to stay away from clothes shops as I’m heading on a girls trip to Dublin next weekend and I want to save my money for some splurging there!
I’ve been asking the Twittersphere for their top tips for shopping and dining in Dublin. I’ll be staying in the city for two nights and three days. It’s been years since I’ve been in Dublin and this will be my first proper stay in the beautiful city so I’m looking forward to exploring all it has to offer. So if you live in Dublin or have been to the city before and have recommendations for me, please leave a comment here or on my Twitter feed. I’d really appreciate it!
