Halloween is almost upon us! Time to buy pumpkins, stockpile sweets for trick-or-treaters; and, if you’re having a party, it’s time to pull out all the stops and invest in some spooktacular decorations and devilish food and drink!
I held a halloween house party two years ago and it was so much fun! It’s my partner’s favourite time of year and we pulled out all the stops to impress our guests – from a homemade halloween wreath to frightening signage and halloween themed cupcakes. Not to mention a bloody bath with body parts floating in it! Check out this blog post with my top tips for decorating your house for halloween.
Whether you want to host a halloween party on a budget or want to pull out all the stops and buy a ton of decorations, keep things spooky rather than cutesy and encourage your guests to put effort into their costumes. It’ll all be worth it when years later you all still talk about that awesome halloween party!
Whilst this year there will be no epic halloween party for me (what with having a newborn and all!), I thought it would be fun to pull together my halloween party essentials. Here are my top picks…
